*There are only two of us. How does our kitchen get so full of dirty dishes?
*Facing a possible 3 years without a job. I'm not going to lie, all of that free time is a little bit daunting.

*I can't help but be a teensy bit hurt when I lose a follower. I've lost 2 recently.
*Slugs are disgusting. And they are literally EVERYWHERE here in Germany. I want to salt our backyard, but I don't have the heart to kill them.
*I never knew the weather in Germany was so much like the weather in Arkansas. If you don't like it, wait 5 minutes and it will change.
*Who knew it would be so difficult to find a good used car?
*Why do I always stub my pinkie toes and none of the others? I think the big toe would hurt less. (Currently my right pinkie toe is black from a stubbing yesterday.)
*I'm actually excited about getting involved in volunteering and squadron activities.
*Meal planning rocks! Our next three weeks are all planned out. (Planning makes me happy).
*How in the world did Mondo escape being in the bottom three last week on Project Runway? A purple top with polka dot pants. What?!
*I just discovered that I've been using clothes washer tablets in the dishwasher. No wonder the dishes never get completely clean! (Hey, the writing's all in German; don't judge.)
*I can't wait for Modern Family to start in September. Funniest. Show. On. TV.
